On the first floor, the luxurious master suite offers a King bed, a lavish bathroom with a garden tub, a walk-in shower, and dual sinks. Upstairs, you'll find four additional bedrooms—two with King beds and two with Queens—all with ensuite bathrooms. Four of these bedrooms provide direct access to the second floor porch. The second floor also features a convenient laundry room, a coffee bar, and a beverage cooler.
Located in a peaceful neighborhood with minimal traffic, this home is just a 2-minute walk to the nearby beach access at the end of 46th Ave, making it an ideal retreat for a serene and luxurious getaway.

Elevator access is granted to our guests that need it for health or mobility reasons. Children are not allowed to ride in the elevator alone, unsupervised or play/jump in the elevator at any time.
As with all mechanical equipment, occasionally problems arise with the elevator. Should issues occur, we will make every effort to repair the elevator as quickly as possible. However, we will not be held liable for any loss of use due to mechanical difficulties, malfunction or down time while the elevator is being repaired or waiting to be repaired.
The elevator is not considered part of the home rental. Rental monies will not be refunded due to the elevator not working properly during your stay.
